1. Services
Eurasia Media provides QR code-based loyalty automation solutions(SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, customer retention tools) for restaurants and cafes in the UAE.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate business information (menu, logo, contact details).Ensure compliance with UAE PDPA and TDRA regulations for SMS/WhatsApp.
3. Data Privacy
Customer data (phone numbers, birthdays) is stored securely and never sold.
4. Liability
Eurasia Media is not liable for: Revenue loss due to system downtime (<24 hours). Spam fines from unapproved client messages.
