Eurasia Media offers AI-powered loyalty automation and customer engagement solutions for UAE businesses, including SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate business information (menu, logo, contact details).Ensure compliance with UAE PDPA and TDRA regulations for SMS/WhatsApp.
3. Data Privacy
Customer data (phone numbers, birthdays) is stored securely and never sold.
4. Liability
Eurasia Media is not liable for: Revenue loss due to system downtime (<24 hours). Spam fines from unapproved client messages.
